We provide appropriate guidance and information to staff so they can recognise indicators of modern slavery and understand how to respond to any concerns. Managers are expected to promote an environment where ethical concerns can be raised without fear of retaliation.

Reporting Channels and Whistleblowing

All employees, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking connected to Holland Park Cleaner or its supply chains. Concerns can be raised through internal reporting lines, directly to management, or in accordance with our whistleblowing procedures.

Reports will be treated seriously, handled confidentially as far as practicable, and investigated promptly and fairly. We do not tolerate victimisation or retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
